The Foundation Fitness plan is perfect for those who are just starting out on their fitness journey! Within this plan, we will help you get started on forming good practices with your nutrition and fitness! We will provide you with the foundations to be able to build a healthy lifestyle and set you on the way to being able to achieve your goals for the year! We will provide you different workouts each month that will not only test you but are all done using ABSOLUTEY NO EQUIPMENT!
The workouts are progressive so will allow you to build from the very bottom and work your way up, these workouts give you the option to add in weights if you get to the point where you feel they are necessary!
